Vicki Nelson practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation and is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification. Her bankruptcy practice has focused on representation of creditors rights and she is an experienced commercial litigator with broad practice in creditors remedies.
Ms. Nelson has been rated as one of the top lawyers in the Mountain States (Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming) for 2009. A frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and creditor’s rights remedies, Ms. Nelson’s copyrighted materials include Collection of Judgments, Bankruptcy in Nevada, and PACA Claims in Bankruptcy.
Ms. Nelson graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1987 and received her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1990. She was admitted to practice in Nevada in 1994.
